Enjoy an hour of sound bathing in the warm womb of Windsor Fitness Club. The room will be heated to a cozy 80F and I’ll decorate with candles and good vibes.

Bring a mat and anything which would make you comfortable (pillows, blankets, etc.). There will be a limited number of blankets and eye masks from me for you to use.

Pre-registration is required as this is going to sell out.
